Because this group is broad, judging a listing on freshness, turnover and how consistent recent reviews are tends to work better than judging by decor or price range alone. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in Pennsylvania usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.

York is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in York peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Confession: I am a bit of a coffee snob and often make my own coffee at home because it typically tastes better than a coffee shop, but this is easily the best coffee shop in York City. They out-make my home coffee any day. Self-roasted beans and high quality equipment put them a step above everywhere except for maybe grounding coffee in RedLion, but this shop beats them out in hospitality. They found a great line of having amazing coffee and still being approachable to people who are not coffee obsessed like myself. I cant say enough good things about their coffee.

Easily the best Coffee in York. I’ve been going there weekly for three months now. Their lattes are so creamy, but not overly sweet or artificial. The reason I come back is because all the baristas make every latte taste the same, so there’s no consistency issue, which most coffee shops have and what typically deters me from becoming a regular. Just had an iced latte from them for the first time, and I can attest that they are delicious too! I really appreciate how nice the staff are, and despite getting a long line consistently , and usually having one barista, they manage the line efficiently without rushing the guest experience. As someone who (anxiously) pays in cash, it’s nice to have someone who isn’t rushing you and is very pleasant to interact with!! They are definitely up there in price, but so is everyone else nowadays. Normally I wouldn’t pay $6-8 for a coffee because I’m expecting it to be bad or just mostly ice, but this place is so yum and worth it, and you can tell they care about coffee, coffee culture, and that quick guest experience!!!😊 I’ve tried almost all seasonal and specialty lattes, favs are def the honey black salt (only had it hot and it’s AWESOME and so

Excellent coffee - we had a flat white and a Cortado and both were very tasty. Real care in the presentation and a friendly welcome. Thanks Andrew - I’d give ten stars if I could.

PullShot is hands down the best coffee shop around. Visiting their stand at the York Market has become the highlight of our week, and the Honey Black Salt Latte is quite possibly the greatest coffee drink I've ever had. The care, passion, and attention to detail that Andrew and his crew put into every drink and every interaction is truly something special. You can tell they genuinely care about the product they're creating and the experience they're providing, and it shows in every cup. We're incredibly thankful to have a coffee option like this in York and couldn't be more excited to see their flagship store open in Manheim. It's going to be a vibe. Keep up the incredible workβ€”the quality of the product truly reflects the passion behind it.

Didn’t know about this coffee shop and was pleasantly surprised! Homemade syrups all sound great. The attention to detail and care is evident. I had a very short wait and a longer line was building behind me by the time I left. It’s clear this spot has many return customers.
